Back in Tampa, in October, I kept hearing about “the I-95”
on the ship. Living in South
Florida, and using I-95 on nearly a daily basis, I was incredibly
confused. Well, lo and behold, all
of Norwegian’s ships have it. It’s
on the top crew deck (which on the Dawn is deck 4 on the starboard (right)
side, and runs from the bow (front) to the stern (back) of the ship. It’s essentially the main thoroughfare
for the crew. So, while in reality
it’s not terribly exciting, its name still cracks me up every time I hear it. And this sign is on the wall, mid-ship, of the I-95. Oh, today is the last day of my second week . . . only 70-something hours this week!
